Working with AI / A D4 studio programme
A note about the one day workshop
Most companies introduce AI at the bottom, to the junior staff, and hope it travels upward. It rarely does. The people who decide what a good report looks like, what a deck has to say, which vendor comparison actually matters, are the ones sitting in the leadership meeting. When they learn to work with AI, the standard changes, and the rest of the company follows. So we start at the top: your leadership team, plus the people you choose to bring.
We spend one day together at your office. Every module has the same shape: watch it done, then do it on your own real work, then show the room. Nobody leaves with slides. Each person leaves with one recurring task of their own, set up and running, tested that day.
Then the month matters more than the day. Four weekly office hours online, sixty minutes each, to unstick what broke and spread what worked.
It runs on Claude or ChatGPT, whichever your team already uses. Business plans on both, so your data is not used to train models, and we write a one page acceptable use guide with you before we finish.
If that sounds useful, give me thirty minutes on a call. I will tell you honestly whether it fits your company.
